Security Deposits:
• Security deposit is based on credit, rental/mortgage history, criminal background & verifiable income.
Non-Refundable Fees:
• Application Fee: $75 (for each occupant person over 18 years of age)
• Administrative Fee: $125
• Pet Fees: $300 per pet. Two pet limit.

Monthly Fees:
• Trash: $28 monthly
• Pet Rent: $25 monthly, per pet. Two pet limit.
