Convenience Redefined. The Kitterman on-site dog park means residents no longer must venture far to find their pets a suitable place to play and exercise. This is particularly advantageous for those with hectic lifestyles. As one of the exclusive pet-friendly rental properties in the area with a private dog park, we invite you and your pet to discover the many reasons that make Kitterman Woods a super convenient and rewarding living experience.
- PET FEE: $250 per pet special!
Normal fee: $400 per pet, limited to 2 pets.
- PET RENT: $25 per month, per pet
- ANIMAL TYPES: Dogs & domestic cats welcome!
- VET RECORDS: Pets must be current on vaccinations. Vet statement & Photo required prior to move in. Dog photos must be taken at the leasing office.
- EXOTIC ANIMALS: No birds or reptiles are permitted.
